Our client is looking for an experienced Planner within RC Frame & Groundworks to be based in Central London. As thePlanner you will beresponsible for developing and implementing plans for the construction of reinforced concrete (RC) frames and groundwork. You will be working closely with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

The successful professional will report to the company’s Preconstruction Director and will be responsible for a group of projects across the U.K. Individual package values will range from £5 million up to £100 million each.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience with an RC Frame and Groundwork competitor
• Strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, knowledge of Asta construction software.
• Previous Planning experience is essential for this role candidates applying for this positionshould have atleast 5 years previous experience
