Job Title: Planner (RC Frame & Groundworks)

Our client is seeking an experienced Planner specializing in RC Frame & Groundworks, based in Central London. The Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing construction plans for reinforced concrete (RC) frames and groundwork. Collaboration with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders is essential to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

The successful candidate will report to the Preconstruction Director and oversee multiple projects across the U.K., with individual project values ranging from £5 million to £100 million.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience with an RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
• Strong project management and communication skills; knowledge of Asta construction software.
• At least 5 years of planning experience in relevant roles.

Salary range of £80,000 to £100,000 per annum.
