Project Manager, DV Cleared

We are seeking a highly experienced DV Cleared Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects within a high security environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, execution and delivery of mission critical programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with government security and operational standards.

Rate - £650.00 per day inside ir35

Location - Wiltshire

Duration - 6 - 12 Months

Key Responsibilities

    Lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Manage stakeholder relationships across government departments, defence contractors, and internal technical teams.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and IT professionals, in secure environments.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and status reports.Ensure compliance with security protocols, governance, and relevant regulatory frameworks.Provide project leadership in accordance with recognised methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, MSP).Manage change requests, issues, and dependencies across large-scale programmes

Essential Skills and Experience

- Active DV Clearance

- Must have led complex infrastructure programmes

- Experience in managing multi vendor and multi disciplinary teams in secure settings

- Previous government experiences

-PRINCE2, APM, PMQ, MSP or Agile Certifications
