My client is an excellent Consultancy based in Nottingham and they are looking for a Planner to join their team. You will be working on exciting projects across the UK. This opportunity offers the chance to work on diverse projects, from urban regeneration schemes to strategic planning initiatives, collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and professionals to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and implementation of planning strategies and policies to support sustainable growth and development in Nottingham.
  2. Manage planning applications, appeals, and consultations in accordance with relevant legislation and best practices.
  3. Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to inform decision-making processes.
  4. Engage with local communities, businesses, and government agencies to foster positive relationships and address planning-related issues.
  5. Provide expert advice and guidance on planning matters to clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
