The NMN was established in 2018 to manage all hard services PPM and reactive work for the DWP contract. Due to its success—achieving an average 95% SLA for PPM and 93% for Reactive SLA monthly—additional Mitie contracts have been awarded.
Within the NMN, the Service Delivery team manages the delivery of hard services PPM & reactive works using scheduling software (PSO 360). The Planner ensures all work orders are correctly entered into the system for proper assignment to engineers.
The working pattern is Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 7am and 7pm (7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 11am-7pm), subject to change. The role is based near Birmingham International Airport, close to the train station.
