About the Role

As a Town Planner, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming London’s ever-evolving cityscape. Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, you’ll manage planning applications, provide strategic development advice, and ensure that every project contributes to London’s long-term vision of inclusivity, sustainability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications in compliance with local and national policies.
  • Work closely with clients, architects, and local authorities to deliver innovative urban solutions.
  • Conduct site appraisals, feasibility studies, and environmental assessments.
  • Provide expert advice on planning laws, zoning regulations, and urban development strategies.
  • Participate in community consultations and ensure developments align with public interests.
About You

My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with:

  • A degree in Town Planning, Urban Design, or a related field (RTPI accreditation preferred).
  • Proven experience in a planning role, ideally within an urban setting.
  • A solid understanding of London’s planning policies and frameworks.
