We’re working on behalf of a highly regarded planning consultancy based in Leeds, currently seeking a talented and motivated Planner to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to a broad range of high-quality projects and receive hands-on mentoring from experienced professionals.

If you’re a Planner with 1–3 years of experience and looking to take the next step in a supportive, collaborative environment, this could be the role for you.

The Role:

As a Planner, you’ll support senior team members in delivering planning advice to clients across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You’ll be involved in site appraisals, preparing planning statements, coordinating applications, and contributing to strategic planning work.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years' experience in a planning role (consultancy or local authority)
  • A degree in Town Planning or a related subject
  • Progressing towards RTPI chartered status
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, organised, and enthusiastic approach to planning
