About the Role

Gap Inc.’s B2B & International Commerce division has brought the Gap Inc. iconic brands Gap, Old Navy, Athleta, and Banana Republic to over 70+ countries across Latin America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East. We are seeking an account planner responsible for developing, executing, and communicating regional financial plans and strategies—owning sales, margin, and inventory planning. The team creates preseason budgets and plans along with monthly forecasts to drive profitable in-season management across all brands, channels, and regions.

What You'll Do

  1. Formulate preseason top-down account-level retail sales and wholesale buy targets and strategies for Gap Inc.'s annual budgets and quarterly plans.
  2. Approve and create sales plans for new and existing channels (stores, online, wholesale, etc.). Review new location performance and assess future openings.
  3. Reforecast sales plans during the season and identify risks and opportunities; collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop action plans to meet financial goals.
  4. Analyze and provide feedback on country and partner performance to senior leaders in monthly meetings, offering market insights.
  5. Review and challenge partners' yearly business plans to ensure financial rigor, realistic targets, and growth opportunities in key markets.
  6. Collaborate with peers and franchise leaders to ensure consistency, share best practices, and develop system knowledge.
  7. Build relationships with franchise partners and understand their working methods.

Who You Are

  1. 3-5 years of planning or finance experience required.
  2. Ecommerce experience preferred; wholesale/franchise experience is a plus.
  3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
  4. Strong understanding of financial metrics such as sales, comparable sales (LFL), gross margin, intake, and inventory metrics.
  5. Ability to solve problems independently and build strong partnerships across the globe; thrives in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
