Planner – City of London – £60,000

Are you a detail-driven Planner with experience in ELVS or electrical systems? An opportunity has opened on a major City of London project delivering intelligent building technologies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on complex project planning, has excellent programme management skills, and enjoys collaborating across commercial, technical, and on-site teams.

The Planner position

You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining the integrated master programme for a major ELVS package, working closely with the Senior Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Engineers and Subcontractors.

The scope includes Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), Security, Communications & Network Systems (CNS), Smart Technologies and MSI integration.

Key responsibilities

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable:

* Background in BMS, EMS, or Smart Building Systems

* Experience on large-scale projects in Central London

* Familiarity with NEC or JCT contracts
