Leading the way under Programme Services (PPS) our Planning Function is integral to the delivery of our diverse portfolio of projects across a large range of industries. Join us as a consultant planner and be at the centre of excellence delivering projects by our multi-disciplinary teams. As part of our diverse team, you'll get involved in every aspect of Planning. Your Purpose

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and plans across the whole project lifecycle.
  • Advise clients on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary professional teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Lead communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders.
  • Produce monthly reports including project schedules, progress updates, and risk assessments.
  • Implement effective and efficient scheduling tools.
  • Develop delivery plans for projects, involve others and ensure objectives are met.
  • Challenge the status quo and perform to a high standard in changing environments.
  • Constantly pursue performance improvement.

What Can You Bring

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification or be working towards one, i.e. APM, PMI, or similar.
  • Significant experience in project planning and scheduling across the project lifecycle, including technical design management.
  • Experience in leading and working with a multi-disciplinary team and various work packages.
  • Experience in the adoption and management of best practice planning techniques, notwithstanding the various requirements under HSE laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of pre and post (NEC) contract planning responsibilities and able to deliver this service effectively to Clients. Significant experience with planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar systems is essential.
  • Possess strong stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working with multiple types of stakeholders with diverse range of personalities across our client base.
