The Role:

As a Planner, you’ll play a key role in managing planning applications, liaising with clients and local authorities, and ensuring projects progress smoothly through the planning system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals
  • Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies
  • Provide expert planning advice to clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage planning conditions and obligations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of planning legislation and policy changes
What We’re Looking For:
  • A degree in Town Planning or related field
  • Ideally MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership
  • Experience in a similar planning role (public or private sector)
  • Strong report-writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude
