This highly reputable consultancy based in Buckinghamshire is looking for a Planner to join their growing team. The successful candidate will support planning projects, provide planning advice, and contribute to urban development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.
  2. Conduct site assessments and develop feasibility studies.
  3. Liaise with local authorities, community groups, and stakeholders.
  4. Support public consultations and represent the company at planning committees.
  5. Ensure compliance with planning legislation and policies.
  6. Conduct research and analysis for planning projects.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate with senior staff and team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in planning roles.
  3. Working towards RTPI Chartered membership is a plus.
  4. Good knowledge of UK planning laws and regulations.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
