Job description

We are currently looking for a Freelance Planner to work on a number of Water Civil Engineering projects for the latest AMP8 framework.

Must have previous experience working with Microsoft project & have NEC Contract experience, also will be available to travel to sites.

Duties:

  • Risk Analysis: Identifying potential risks to the project schedule, such as inclement weather, unforeseen site conditions, or supply chain disruptions, and developing contingency plans.
  • Reporting: Preparing regular progress reports for senior management and clients, highlighting key performance indicators and any areas of concern.
  • Tender Planning: Assisting with the preparation of bids and tenders by developing preliminary schedules and methodologies.
  • Change Management: Assessing the impact of any changes to the project scope on the schedule and budget.
  • "What-if" Scenario Analysis: Using planning software to model the potential consequences of different decisions or events on the project timeline.
