Reporting to the Planning Manager, as Planner you will work within the Planning & Projects team to achieve both local planning permissions or promoting major strategic sites through both the Local Plan process and by way of planning application and planning appeals. You will be involved with formulating the planning strategy for sites and implementing once agreed. The role will require an ability to think strategically and in the short and long term.
