Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Planner to deliver high‑quality scheduling support for complex projects across multiple sectors. You will develop and maintain structured project schedules, align mobilisation and delivery phases, and provide clear reporting to internal teams and clients.

You will apply knowledge of NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract forms and work in a consultancy environment, collaborating with delivery partners to ensure on‑time performance and robust baselines.

Qualifications

  • Project-based planning experience in complex or multidisciplinary environments.
  • Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Open Plan, Asta Powerproject) or similar.
  • Ability to develop structured schedules with clear logic and critical path.
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules with structure, logic, dependencies and critical path.
  • Support planning input across mobilisation and delivery phases, defining scope and sequencing.
  • Produce schedule updates, progress assessments, variance analysis and reporting.
  • Assist with scenario modelling, constraints analysis and identification of schedule risks.
  • Maintain baselines and support change control processes, reflecting impacts.
  • Present schedule information clearly in visual and written formats and work with clients and partners.
