A leading utility service provider in Preston is looking for an administrative support role focused on handling customer communications and scheduling appointments related to gas meter maintenance. We work on behalf of our client, National Gas. Our task is to change and maintain gas meters owned by National Gas. We have several engineers covering various areas across the country, including Northeast & Yorkshire, Northwest, West Midlands, East Mids, East Anglia, and London. Work is assigned through an in-house system, with a focus on timely appointments to meet SLAs and KPIs.
Working hours vary seasonally: 8:45 am – 5:15 pm in summer and 8:00 am – 6:00 pm in winter, with additional hours available for covering holidays and sickness.
