A leading construction company in Northern Ireland is seeking a Planner to join its Technical & Procurement department. This role involves developing and monitoring comprehensive programme solutions and contributes to the growth of the construction division. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years' experience in the construction industry, excellent organizational skills, and a strong analytical background. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, generating reports, and liaising with cross-functional teams.
PLANNER
DEPARTMENT: Technical & Procurement
ROLE PURPOSE: Reporting to the Head of Planning, the Planner is responsible for developing and monitoring programme solutions. These include preparing tender submissions, construction/target programmes, procurement scheduling, resource and cost allocations, on-site duties, short-term planning, and coordinating report development.
Working closely with the Head of Planning and Project Delivery Teams, the Planner will contribute to the success and growth of the construction division. The role requires meeting personal development targets, project goals, and business unit objectives.
