Planning Role Overview
Our Planning teams manage all aspects of the planning process, from influencing policy and promoting strategic land to managing applications and community engagement. In a dynamic planning environment, we work closely with local authorities, stakeholders, and internal teams across land, technical, commercial, and sales functions.
In this role, you'll contribute to identifying land opportunities, developing planning strategies, managing consultants, and preparing and submitting planning applications. You’ll also monitor progress, liaise with planning authorities and consultees, and help deliver both immediate and long-term planning projects.
