Planning Role Overview

Our Planning teams manage all aspects of the planning process, from influencing policy and promoting strategic land to managing applications and community engagement. In a dynamic planning environment, we work closely with local authorities, stakeholders, and internal teams across land, technical, commercial, and sales functions.

In this role, you'll contribute to identifying land opportunities, developing planning strategies, managing consultants, and preparing and submitting planning applications. You’ll also monitor progress, liaise with planning authorities and consultees, and help deliver both immediate and long-term planning projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day promotion of planning applications
  • Prepare and submit planning documentation and technical information
  • Liaise with planning authorities and statutory consultees
  • Coordinate external consultants and internal teams
  • Support enhancements to existing sites via planning routes
  • Undertake community engagement activities
  • Promote and uphold Group values and procedures
