Overview

Planner. Full-Time - Permanent. Hours: Monday to Friday Office hours. Basic Salary: £27,000.00 to £30,000.00 Per Annum depending on experience. Location: Coalville, Leicestershire. Benefits: Fantastic team culture, state of the art office environment, free car parking, varied role, lengthy career and development prospects, 25 days annual leave entitlement, plus 1 day for your birthday, plus bank holidays total 34 days Per Annum.

Our long-standing client has been established for more than 40 years. They are seeking a highly dynamic and enthusiastic Planner to join their Quality and Technical team and be responsible for managing service engineer visits for a range of customer types as well as providing technical and quality assistance as a Planner on a Full Time Permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as Engineers, Contractors, Sales team, and Customer Services Team as a Planner.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from various departments and backgrounds; ability to communicate at all levels is essential as a Planner.
  • Function as point of contact for queries and questions that may arise.
  • Oversee the day-to-day service visits from contractual work carried out.
  • Provide support to the product management team as and when necessary, as a Planner.
  • Communicate pricing updates in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on and initiative-taking attitude; be involved wherever possible in a hugely varied role.
  • Provide support to the Warehouse; assist with evaluating/quality checking products when necessary, as a Planner in the Warehouse.
  • Assist the Technical Manager with quality checking and reports as a Planner.
  • Work on own initiative as well as act as a key collaborator and support the wider team proactively.
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as a Planner.
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Service Planner, Planner, Scheduler, Installations Coordinator is ESSENTIAL.
