• Able to analyse drawings to develop efficient planning solutions.
• Leadership in collaborative planning processes.

• Develop 4D animations for project visualization.

Planner role:
As Senior Project Planner, you'll lead the team, and mentor junior planners.
You'll ensure timely delivery, identify risks, and foster a high-performance culture.
Planner responsibilities:
Collaborate to create and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring methodology adherence and meeting requirements.
Ensure project plans accurately reflect the full project scope and resource allocation.
Identify and mitigate project risks, monitor critical paths, and advise the team on potential changes
Develop 4D animations to visualize and rehearse the project construction.
Design and implement effective communication plans to ensure stakeholder buy-in and understanding.
Ensure adherence to planning standards and published processes.
Appreciate and uphold the Health & Safety standards in all planning processes.
Planner requirements:
Demonstrated experience in Civil Engineering, ideally within the Water Industry.
P6 experience and leadership in collaborative planning processes.
Able to analyse drawings to develop efficient planning solutions for the business.
Effective communication skills
Adaptable, innovative, and supportive team player who enhances the Planning team's reputation.
