As a Planner/Administrator, you will be working in a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. This local contract covers Redbridge council within the social housing sector.

You will be based in our Croydon branch. Your responsibilities include administrative duties, WIP management, handling calls and emails, raising variation requests, planning works with our supply chain subcontractors, liaising with them regarding work progress and updates, and ensuring follow-up work such as snagging or additional works is planned and executed.

Additional duties include answering client and internal calls and emails, planning work for subcontractors, administering compliance checks and visits, maintaining the internal MCM system, updating the Disrepair & Void tracker, approving Notice of Completions, issuing Payer notices, attending weekly meetings, and completing mandatory training and compliance requirements.

Role Criteria:

  • Previous experience in social housing
  • Experience in voids or disrepair projects
  • Experience in a planning role
  • Experience in building maintenance
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate
