• RTPI and/or RICS accreditation in progress or achieved.
• Approximately 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong planning knowledge and report-writing skills.
• Confident client-facing, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proactive, organized and commercially minded approach.
• Strong attention to detail and client service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

About You

• RTPI and/or RICS (P&D) accreditation, or are close to achieving it.
• Around 2 years' post-qualification experience ideally.
• Strong planning knowledge and excellent report-writing skills.
• Confident client-facing, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
