Mears is seeking a Planner to join our Responsive Repairs team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will coordinate trades and ensure high-quality service while managing works orders and meeting deadlines. We are now seeking a Planner to join our team; delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
As a Planner you will coordinate and motivate all involved in the Responsive Repairs team. You will work with all trades; Plumbers, Multi Trade, Roofers, Plasters, Electricians & Ground Works; scheduling works orders through our in-house appointments system, allocating repairs works to trade operatives whilst ensuring a safe & high performing customer focused service is maintained.
Role Criteria:
Previous experience in an administrative role or Planning
IT Literate
Ability to meet deadlines
Ideally social housing experience
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
