• Lead and supervise site operatives and subcontractors on Reactive Repairs projects
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily tasks and project milestones
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met

What you’ll bring

5+ years in planned works or reactive repairs delivery, proven leadership, SMSTS, Trade NVQ Level 2, and a UK Driving Licence.
