Job description

Who We Are: Cardo Group is a social housing property maintenance company. Our multi-company group specializes in maintenance, compliance, and retrofit services with a growing national footprint. We are currently looking for a Planned Administrator to assist in the day-to-day planning of the Planned works team. The Planned Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
  • Being a point of contact for the client and customers, promoting good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Supporting the operational teams to ensure that works are managed in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Maintaining correspondence and accurate management of paperwork and IT filing systems.
  • Retrieving and inputting data onto IT/manual systems.
  • Processing and providing information to all parties involved to progress work.
  • Inputting works orders in accordance with contract requirements.
Skills & Experience:
  • Social Housing background - essential
  • Strong administration skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience in an administration role
