Planned Preventative Maintenance Engineer Mate

Location: Pirin Court - Nights - Sun to Thurs, 10pm to 6am

Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, the Planned Preventative Maintenance Engineer will undertake planned maintenance activities on a wide range of Fire Systems assets, mainly in the Trackside environment. You will work nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, as part of a team and individually. Ensuring safety at all times is paramount. Travel between stations is frequent, so a full driver’s license is essential.

Key Deliverables

  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks on fire systems within Rail during Night Shift
  • Assist in delivering daily tasks aligned with business expectations
  • Work collaboratively in a team and independently as required
  • Maintain health and safety standards
  • Report progress regularly to the site supervisor
  • Use ServiceNow platform for visit reports

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate reports on completed activities to site SPC or line manager
  • Complete maintenance tasks according to schedule
  • Ensure maintenance meets standards and report issues
  • Complete administrative tasks promptly
  • Adhere to QEHS requirements
  • Follow Drug & Alcohol policies
