A property maintenance agency is seeking a Planned Maintenance Painter to deliver maintenance across Bristol. The role requires experience in painting and decorating, a reliable approach, and a full UK driving licence. Benefits include 33 days annual leave, life cover, and health membership perks. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Planned Maintenance Painter to join our client's property maintenance team, covering various locations across Bristol.
Reporting to the Head of Property, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and responsive maintenance across residential properties which will include painting, decorating and clean and clear - all the while working in either tenanted or void homes. This is a field-based role with travel required daily, and you'll be working from home as your base.
Successful applicants will require Counter Terrorism Clearance (CTC). The successful applicant will be subject to Disclosure checks through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
