A well-established organisation in Bridgnorth is seeking a Planned Maintenance Administrator to manage maintenance schedules across a UK portfolio. This office-based role requires exceptional organisational skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a detail-oriented approach. The successful candidate will handle scheduling, compliance, and liaise with subcontractors to ensure efficient service delivery.

Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5 pm (30 minute lunch)
Salary - £28,000
We are proud to be working with a well-established and rapidly expanding organisation in Bridgnorth that continues to grow from strength to strength. As part of their continued success, they are now looking to welcome a Planned Maintenance Administrator to join their busy and supportive team. This is a fully office-based role and hybrid working is not offered.
This is a key administrative and coordination role, where you will be responsible for managing scheduled maintenance activities across a portfolio of clients nationwide. Your role will ensure essential works are carried out efficiently, on time, and in full compliance with regulations—while balancing engineer availability and travel logistics.
