Job summary

Page Personnel is recruiting a Planned Delivery Surveyor for a social housing organisation in England. You will manage planned works programmes across housing stock, including energy efficiency upgrades, with a focus on on-time delivery and budget control.

You will oversee project delivery and contractor performance, prepare specifications, works orders and estimates, and ensure compliance with H&S and regulatory requirements while supporting decarbonisation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering planned works in housing.
• Strong project management and contractor oversight experience.
• Understanding of compliance and H&S requirements.
• Commercial awareness and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Manage planned works programmes (kitchens, bathrooms, roofing etc.)
• Oversee project delivery and contractor performance

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant
