Job summary

Achuman Capital is seeking candidates to join its expanding Plaintiff Litigation team in a leading local firm in Northern Ireland. You will handle a broad range of personal injury and negligence claims, from straightforward to complex and serious injuries.

You will advise clients, investigate liability, liaise with medical experts, counsel and insurers, and prepare cases for negotiation and court proceedings, guiding matters to settlement or trial within a supportive, team-focused environment.

Job description

The Role:

The successful candidates will join a rapidly expanding Plaintiff Litigation team within a leading local firm, acting for individuals across a broad range of personal injury and negligence claims. The team handles matters ranging from straightforward claims through to complex and serious injury litigation, providing candidates with exposure to a varied plaintiff-focused caseload.

The role will involve managing claims arising from road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, accidents in public places, serious and catastrophic injuries and medical negligence. The successful candidates will advise clients throughout the claims process, investigate liability, liaise with medical experts, counsel and insurers, prepare cases for negotiation and court proceedings, and manage matters through settlement or trial.
