A prominent automotive company is seeking a Dealer Development Business Analyst to support their team in enhancing dealer operations and customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills and will be proactive in developing new solutions. The Dealer Development Business Analyst provides support to the Dealer Development team and facilitates the smooth operation of the department, contributing to the long-term growth of the business.
The Dealer Development team is a key link between Kia UK and its network of 190 franchised Dealers. Our Dealer network act as the primary link between Kia and its customers. The main activities of the team include managing improvements to the network, encouraging investment, as well as monitoring and reviewing Dealer operational performance, profitability and Customer Experience to achieve wider business objectives.

In the Dealer Development Business Analyst role you'll work with all commercial and operational departments within Kia UK, together with our Dealer partners, European HQ and key suppliers.
