Job summary

ESO is seeking a Placement Product Designer to join the Product team in Belfast, with mostly remote work and periodic in-person collaboration. You will transform complex data into clear, accessible tools for EMS, fire departments and hospitals, using human‑centred design and AI-assisted methods to explore solutions.

You will collaborate across teams to grow the design system, validate ideas with qualitative and quantitative research, and ship impactful experiences that improve community health

Qualifications

• Two-year+ qualification in UX / Digital Product Design or Interactions by June 2026.
• Mostly remote role with Belfast in-person meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Research early-stage product ideas and user feedback before design and development.
• Use product analytics to understand feature adoption and UX.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand users.
