Place Finance Specialist needed in Worthing

The rate is £18.46ph PAYE.

The successful candidate will need to be CCAB or CIMA qualified accountant with substantial experience and a track record of effecting change. They will work proactively and collaboratively to support a permanent finance team, offering skills and knowledge transfer to enable sustainable working methods in the medium term and to support the career development of our valued team members.

They will provide expert financial analysis, insight, and advice into the development of robust business cases for transformational change in service delivery to secure associated cost reduction/income generation and will provide constructive challenge and advice to the Service, ranging from Executive Director through to individual Budget Holder in order to maintain expenditure within the approved budget.
