Join Liverpool FC Foundation as a PL Primary Stars Coordinator, where you'll support schools in delivering the Premier League Primary Stars Programme. This full-time role involves engaging with teachers and students, planning sessions, and ensuring compliance with educational standards while promoting physical education.
We have an exciting opportunity for individuals to join our Liverpool FC Foundation team as PL Primary Stars Coordinators.
In this role, you will support the delivery of the LFC Foundation’s Premier League Primary Stars Programme. Your responsibilities will include supporting teachers to improve confidence in running PE lessons, supporting schools with educational activations and interventions, and working as part of a team across mass participation events.
The Premier League Primary Stars programme uses the appeal of the Premier League and Liverpool Football Club to inspire children to learn, be active, and develop important life skills.
You should have a proven track record of delivering sports coaching in schools to young people of all ages and abilities, with a good knowledge of the PE curriculum across KS1 & KS2 and various teaching styles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders are essential.
This is a full-time fixed-term contract for 12 months, working 35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as required. The main base is Anfield Sports & Community Centre, Liverpool, with occasional travel across Merseyside, England, and Wales.
