What you will be doing:

  • Authoring the protocol and coordinating its development with study team members, ensuring timely approval and issuance.
  • Providing QC review of protocols as needed.
  • Reviewing dataset requirements, such as trial-specific data transfer agreements, for clinical studies involving non-compartmental analysis (NCA).
  • Writing the Clinical Pharmacology Analysis Plan (CPAP) based on the protocol.
  • Generating a logbook with data handling rules prior to the final NCA.
  • Performing preliminary, interim, and final PK, PD, and/or PK/PD analyses for trials across all phases of drug development.
  • Creating tables, listings, and figures based on the CPAP.
  • Drafting the clinical pharmacology sections of the Clinical Study Report.
  • QC of analysis, all delivered outputs, and reporting documents.

You are:

  • Minimum degree: BA/BS in a health, science, or computer science-related field.
  • At least 4 years of industry experience.
  • Working knowledge of Phoenix WinNonlin is essential.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of non-compartmental PK analysis and statistical principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
