Job summary

PizzaExpress (Restaurants) Limited is seeking a proactive second-in-command to lead our Gerrards Cross pizzeria. You’ll manage P&L, spot sales opportunities, and drive commercial success while recruiting, training, and coaching a dynamic team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll uphold quality, safety and service standards, inspire your team to achieve excellence, and participate in development programmes and dedicated support to grow your leadership

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience.
• Exposure to P&L, budgeting or financial analysis.
• Experience delivering memorable guest experiences.
