Job summary

PizzaExpress (Restaurants) Limited is seeking a second-in-command for our Pizzerias in the UK. You will support the General Manager, lead a dynamic team, and drive commercial success through effective P&L oversight, coaching, and superb guest service.

Develop programmes and dedicated support will back your leadership journey, with opportunities for progression and a strong bonus scheme. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and manage a team.
• Experience or exposure to P&L management, budgeting, or financial analysis to drive performance.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer service and memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to collaborate with General Manager and support all management tasks.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety and food.
