Hourly rate to be agreed, plus a share of service charge

We are a long-established, family-run restaurant in the heart of Brighton, currently seeking a Pizza Chef/Chef to join our team.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our dishes, using only authentic Italian ingredients and fresh local seafood delivered daily.

This dual role requires experience in pizza making and working on a section within the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes closely and work well both independently and as part of a team.

You will need to maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and cleanliness, keeping detailed daily records.
