We are recruiting a Pizza Chef for a fantastic opportunity to help lead and develop the pizza offering at a successful, multi-site hospitality brand in South-West London.The Pizza Chef will take responsibility for crafting and refining the brand’s pizza menus, working closely with kitchen teams across all locations to ensure quality, creativity, and consistency.This is a hands-on role that involves both leading by example in the kitchen and travelling between sites to support training, menu development, and operational excellence.

We’re looking for a Pizza Chef who is truly passionate about pizza and thrives in a high-volume kitchen environment.You’ll have the chance to shape a flagship product for a growing company, influence kitchen culture, and bring your passion to life across multiple venues in South-West London!

Pizza Chef requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role such as Head Pizza Chef or Senior Chef in a pizza-led environment is essential.
• Expertise in dough preparation, fermentation, baking techniques, and pizza innovation.
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to train and inspire others.
