Ace Pizza is seeking an experienced pizza chef to join our team at The Pembury Tavern in Hackney. You will support the head chef by stretching and topping pizzas, working the oven, and assisting with prep. The role is for 40+ hours per week, primarily evenings and weekends, with usually one weekend day off.

We welcome applications from individuals who love dough and making pizza and are eager to work for a leading establishment. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a professional pizza kitchen. We use a unique 48-hour cold fermented biga dough. You should be confident in hand-shaping and stretching pizzas during service and be responsible for organizing dough and food prep schedules.
