We can’t wait to open our first UK hotel outside of London… and where better than the characterful capital of Scotland, Edinburgh. We are now looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to step into a Junior Sous Chef role and play a crucial part in launching our brand in this new neighbourhood. Reporting to the Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for all things pizza, including daily production, quality checks, and ensuring every slice hits the spot.
The Hox in Edinburgh will feature 214 bedrooms inspired by the Georgian heritage of the building and city, a main restaurant, a large lobby & bar, a spacious event space, and The Apartment, our unique meetings and events concept.
Experience Italian glam and romance at Patatino, our all-day restaurant designed to evoke the joy of long, convivial meals shared with friends on the Amalfi coast—pizza, pasta, and a Negroni or two!
