Big Mamma Group is seeking a passionate Pizza Chef to join our team. You will craft authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch in a busy pizzeria, ensuring high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have strong Pizzaiolo experience, a love for Italian food, and the energy to work evenings and weekends, thriving in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in the pizzeria section crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch, from dough prep to finishing touches
• Maintain health & safety standards and keep a clean, organized station
• Collaborate with teammates during busy services

Your Mission

• Working in our pizzeria section and crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch, from preparing the dough to the final finishing touches
• Respect health & safety standards and maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation
• Work hand-in-hand with your teammates during busy services
• Bring positive energy and a problem-solving mindset
• Help create the best moment of our guests' day

About You

• A big smile and real passion for Italian food
• Strong experience as a Pizzaiolo, ideally working with authentic Neapolitan pizza
• Previous experience in a busy restaurant environment
• Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
• Strong communication skills and love for teamwork
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
