Blue Legal is working with one of the UK’s best-known law firms to recruit a Pitching Manager to join their London office. The role involves managing the pitching process to help streamline operations, play an active role in meeting new business targets, and proactively scan for opportunities.

The Responsibilities:

  1. Optimise resource allocation to ensure the right people are involved at the right time.
  2. Improve pitch response quality to increase the conversion of opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with central resources to enhance data governance, pitch tools, processes, and systems.
  4. Develop expertise in pitching techniques, best practices, and understanding client needs.
  5. Coordinate pitching efforts across practice areas, ensuring real-time data updates in a single source of truth and driving standardisation and automation.
  6. Build relationships across the business to ensure consistent communication and alignment with best practices while maintaining brand consistency in responses.
  7. Assist with data cleaning and updates, ensuring clear ownership and system maintenance for a single source of truth.
  8. Ensure proper management of data and pitching resources to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
