We're working with a leading international law firm to recruit a Pitches and Pursuits Manager-a role that offers real variety, strategic influence, and the chance to work across high-profile opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Marketing & Business Development team that sits at the heart of the firm's global strategy. Responsibilities

• Leading the development and delivery of high-quality, client-focused pitches for both public and private sector clients
• Collaborating with BD, pricing, compliance, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless pitch execution
• Coaching pitch teams on presentation techniques and Q&A handling
• Conducting post-pitch evaluations and trend analysis to drive continuous improvement
• Designing materials for strategic pitch opportunities and maintaining pitch content databases
• Identifying inefficiencies in the pitch process and implementing improvements
• Staying ahead of market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategy
• Supporting the firm's Responsible Business programme and contributing to broader BD initiatives

What we're looking for

• A solid background in proposals and pursuits where you're used to dealing with a high number and also high value proposals within legal or professional services
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, strategic mindset with the confidence to challenge and coach senior stakeholders
• Experience working in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines
