• Must know HOT water, CHILL water, and STEAM systems.
• Must have knowledge of specs, submittals, blueprint readings, and intricate parts of systems.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working outdoors and in environmental conditions including extreme heat, humidity, and extreme cold.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the lay-out, installation, testing, demo, and repair of piping systems.
• Understand, comply, and respond appropriately to safety hazards.
• Communicate with Superintendent as required.
• Use of hand and power tools/equipment.
