Faststream is working with a major subsea energy business to add a Pipeline Package Manager to their team. This role can be based 4 days a week out of either Glasgow or Paris with one day from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the tender review cycle, including kick-off meetings, strategy reviews, management reviews, and tender hand-over to regional teams.
  • Oversee project start-up activities, ensuring clarity of responsibilities, key dates, and cost budgets. Identify and manage any deviations from the original scope.
  • Allocate and monitor workloads across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring activities progress according to schedule and budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Control and report progress of project activities against agreed budgets and schedules, ensuring timely identification and management of risks, changes, and opportunities.
  • Plan and execute site and vessel mobilisation and operations, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, including tendering, commercial, engineering, supply chain management, production operations, spoolbases, and offshore managers.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in pipeline operations within the energy industry, with a focus on fabrication, installation, or engineering.
  • Experience within tendering processes.

Must have right to work in the UK.
