Job summary

SGN is recruiting a Technical Data Administrator for the Transmission Pipelines team in Poole. You will manage information requests, maintain records, and support data compliance activities to ensure safe operations of HP pipelines.

The role requires strong organisation, communication, and proficiency in MS Office. You will work with colleagues across the business and may develop the role to include more technical data handling and reporting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receiving requests from external parties planning to work near our high pressure (HP) pipelines.
• Processing these requests on our HP third party works enquiry system. An important role in ensuring the safety of our assets and those planning work activities.
• Support administration for our HP Pipelines Landowner Liaison Officer.
• Liaising with operational colleagues throughout the team and distributing work.
• Ensuring external stakeholders are updated through the system or general communication.
• Maintaining records and reports to help support the team.
• Perform general office admin tasks.
