Job summary

Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Pipefitter to join a UK Nuclear build programme, providing workshop-based pipe assembly and welding prep. You will work in a controlled environment, not primarily on-site.

The role offers £24.84 per hour PAYE (£48,438 basic salary), plus pension, 25 days annual leave, ongoing training, and an Employee Assistance Program. Weekly pay and security screening are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling pipework and pipe spools, prep for welding.
• TIG welding for tacking stainless steel pipework and pipe spools.
• Willingness to undergo criminal and BPSS security screening.
• Experience in a workshop environment, not primarily site-based.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pipework and pipe spools and prep for welding in a controlled workshop.
• TIG weld tacking of stainless steel pipework and pipe spools to 2" diameter.
• Ensure compliance with security checks and site procedures.

We have additional permanent Pipefitter opportunities based at a purpose-built nuclear facility based in Deeside.

The offer:

Working hours:

Monday-Thursday: 07:00-15:30 Friday: 07:00-12:30

Key Requirements:

• Experienced in assembling pipework and pipe spools and prep for welding.
• Be able to demonstrate previous workshop experience. (Not suited to Pipefitters who primarily work on site)
• TIG welding for tacking stainless steel pipework and pipe spools (Must be able to complete a 2" ss Pipe butt weld)
• Willingness to undergo criminal and BPSS security screening
