RGM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Pipefitter / Welder for a CPV DN100 steel pipework project in Mytchett, Surrey. You will install and weld main flow and return pipework, working on approximately 336 metres of pipe across six buildings.

The role involves pipe preparation, alignment and welding to EN ISO 4063 where required, reading drawings, following RAMS, and maintaining a safe, tidy worksite. This temporary assignment lasts about one month, with a rate of £25.00 per hour.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Pipefitter/Welder required.
• Strong experience welding steel pipework.
• Experience with DN100 steel pipework or similar.
• Experience welding pipe couplings, joints and tee connections.
• Ability to read and work from drawings and specifications.
• Welding qualifications/certifications expected.
• CSCS or site certification where required.
• Understanding of EN ISO 4063 welding processes.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out pipefitting and welding to main flow and return pipework.
• Fit, align and prepare CPV DN100 steel pipework prior to welding.
• Weld pipe joints and couplings at 6 m lengths.
• Complete welded tee fittings and branch connections for six buildings.
• Welding to project requirements using appropriate processes.
• Follow welding procedures and EN ISO 4063 where applicable.
• Ensure pipework is aligned, levelled and positioned before welding.
• Inspect welds and joints to meet quality standards.
• Work from drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Coordinate with site trades and management for progress.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Follow RAMS and permit requirements.
