Job summary

A specialized engineering recruitment firm is seeking experienced pipe fitters/welders for immediate start in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for fitting and fabricating carbon and stainless pipework, as well as TIG welding. Candidates must hold relevant qualifications such as a CSCS/CCNSG card and NVQ/City & Guilds in pipe fitting/welding. This temporary position offers 10 working hours a day, with potential for weekend overtime.

Qualifications

• CSCS / CCNSG card required.
• Current TIG welding codings for stainless steel mandatory.
• IPAF and PASMA cards are advantageous.
• IPAF and PASMA cards are an advantage.
• Experience of working on food manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities

• Work from drawings to fit and fabricate pipework.
• Install brackets, pipe supports, nuts, bolts, and clamps.
• TIG weld on stainless pipework.
